My Journey
After 25 years in the corporate world, I decided to turn a lifelong passion into a new career in health and fitness. No matter how demanding work became, fitness was always the one thing that kept me grounded, energized and healthy.
Now, as a certified personal trainer, I bring both life experience and practical fitness knowledge to help people build healthy habits that fit into real life.
I believe movement should feel good, not overwhelming. My focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger, boost your energy, and build confidence in a way that is sustainable and realistic.
There is no quick fix when it comes to lasting change. Real progress happens one step at a time, through consistency, support, and finding an approach that works for you. That’s what I am here to help with.
