After dedicating 25 years to a successful corporate career, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for health and fitness. Throughout those years, fitness remained my constant—the thing that kept me balanced, energized, and healthy despite demanding schedules.

Now as a certified personal trainer, I bring both my corporate experience and fitness expertise to help others discover sustainable ways to feel better every day.

My goal is simple: to help you embrace movement in a way that feels natural and fits your life. I want to see you move better, feel more energetic, and gain confidence that extends beyond our sessions.

Michael is a well informed trainer that can help you meet your wellness goals.  I trained under Michael for about 6 months renewing my 10 session rotation three times.  He helped me with a strength training routine resulting in me gaining confidence and enjoying exercising again.
